Sexbomb Video for 2010 Election

This video entitled “Bilog na Hugis Itlog” is done by famous dance group Sexbomb girls intended to educate the public for the incoming automated 2010 election. This is produced by GMA Network for their voters education project. The video showed on how we should vote properly using automated process so that our vote can be counted accordingly.
I find the video very cool and catchy plus the fact that it really convey its message regarding the process of voting in the coming 2010 elections. This is nice initiative from a private sector since the COMELEC seems not taking aggressive effort to conduct voter education program. I haven’t see any commerical on TV from COMELEC to educate the voting public on how they should vote on the coming elections. I wonder what the COMELEC has been doing for their funds or the national government on this matter. Maybe they are busy on how they can manipulate the 2010 automated elections.

I chance to watched the Star ng Pasko – ABS CBN Christmas Station ID and I do appreciate the video. This video is for the celebration of Christmas I wasn’t realized that I finished the video and it really strike me, made me feel that my body hair risen. I like the song and the rhyme, very catch and it will really touch your heart.
I watched again the video on Youtube and read comments that many people also appreciate it. I also noticed that big Kapamilya stars were not included in the video like Gary V., Sharon Cuneta, Maricel Soriano. Is it because of their tight schedule?
Nevertheless, the video is still awesome with a very clear message that provide hope, unity and reminding us the essence of Christmas.

I really like this song by Upuan Gloc 9 featuring Zelle as it tackles the life of traditional politician. This song has a social significance and will really have impact specially that election is just months away. I just hope that this song will really enlighten our mind to be wise in choosing our next leader.

FrancisM Awarded Presidential Merit Award

The late legendary icon of Philippine Music FrancisM posthumously awarded Presidential Merit Award by President of Republic of the Philippines, Gloria Macapagal Arroyo due to its contribution to music industry through his songs which promotes patriotism.
The award was received by FrancisM’s wife, Pia Magalona together with their eight children.
This award really deserved by FrancisM, he touched and inspired so many people through his music. His memories and songs will be always in the heart of Filipino people.
Again, rest in peace FrancisM.
