Francis Magalona – Rest in Peace

While I’m working here in the office, I heard the news thru my office mate that Francis Magalona, also known as FrancisM and considered as the Master Rapper of the Philippines died already.
I couldn’t believe the news, though I know that he was sick due to leukemia which was just diagnosed couple of months ago.
I checked the web and confirmed that Francis Magalona died already after battling leukemia. He was only 44 years old.
After that, I also received IM’s, Twitter posts regarding the death of FrancisM.
I feel sad about this news. I’m a big fan of FrancisM. I remember the first time I saw him performing at Nayong Pilipino way back high school days. I like his songs which tackles Filipino culture, patriotism and it has social relevance.
Eraserheads Reunion Concert Confirmed!

Eraserheads will performing together again after their split years ago, for one night only show to be held on 30 August 2008 at CCP Open Grounds
Being an Eraserheads fanatic, I’ve been longing to see them play again. So see you there!
